Soy-Based Diesel Trucks

Our most recent cleaning and restoration trucks house the most powerful equipment on the market. Yet they use less water and operate on regular or soy-based diesel. We added the corporate tagline ‘clean environments indoors and outdoors’ to the exterior graphics to spread the word.

CryoKinetics Dry Ice Blasting:

New technology is continually being developed to improve the process of mold remediation. CryoKinetics’ mold remediation process utilizes dry ice blasting and fire restoration processes that are the most cost effective methods for remediation. Remediation crews can access and clean previously inaccessible spots, it’s more ergonomically friendly and it limits cleanup by creating no secondary waste (as compared to blasting with sand).

CryoKinetics utilizes rice-sized particles of dry ice as the primary cleaning media. Using air pressure, the particles of dry ice are directed at a high velocity towards the surface being cleaned. Upon impacting, the dry ice particles sublime, converting solid to gas, leaving only the removed surface contaminant for disposal. When using dry ice as the cleaning media, this system will not generate a secondary waste stream. K-tech is the only local company to utilize this type of cost and time saving technology, which is custom made in South Africa.

Dry Tech/Moisture Technology:

To complement the Home Solutions Division of K-tech, Dry Tech/Moisture Consultants of Wisconsin was created. Using this technology, K‑tech is the only company in Central Wisconsin who can provide thoroughly monitored testing and documentation to certify that your home is properly protected from mold and mildew induced decay. If you inappropriately handle materials and/or expose them to undue moisture the structure is still at risk. The Dry Tech process includes the thorough drying of the structure prior to the addition of final finished materials, which resolves the current problem of mold and moisture build up in today’s airtight homes. Working with area contractors, the demand for Dry Tech technology was evident. Dry Tech provides written detailed documentation, which gauges the drying process to confirm that all moisture has been removed.

Healthy High Performance Program:

Continuing K-tech’s search to bring innovative technology to the industry, Craig Kersemeier serves on the JohnsonDiversey (SC Johnson) Global Building Service Contractors Advisory Panel and has been asked to speak to several international delegations. JohnsonDiversey is a major supplier to the building service industry in the U.S. and around the world. Recently, K-tech partnered with JohnsonDiversey to become the first building service contractor to offer their Healthy High Performance (HHP) cleaning program which improves indoor air quality while also being environmentally responsible.
