Job Requirements
Janitorial, Carpet Cleaning/Restoration, Home Solutions, HomeClean and Paper Recycling
All Divisions - entry level
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must possess a valid drivers license.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Capable of performing in a reasonable manner, with or without a reasonable accommodation, the activities involved in the job or occupation applying for.
Typical routine duties for each division include, but are not limited to the following:
Janitorial: Day or Evening, Full and Part-time:
Dusting, damp cleaning and/or polishing furniture, washroom sanitation, floor cleaning, vacuuming, emptying garbage and recyclable containers, spot cleaning glass, refilling dispensers, moving light furniture and miscellaneous contract specifications.
Also available: Floor maintenance technician positions
Carpet Cleaning/Restoration:
Perform carpet and upholstery and related services in residential and commercial locations under the direct supervision of licensed technicians. Responsibilities include pre-treating, moving furniture, replacing furniture, carpet grooming, unloading and reloading vehicle, vehicle maintenance, etc. Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
Home Solutions:
Complete reconstruction assignments such as: drywall replacement or repair, roofing, finish work, etc. Must have experience working with tools, and be able to lift 75 lbs.
HomeClean:
Dust and polish furniture, woodwork and furnishings, vacuum carpeting and furniture, clean bathrooms, clean floors, spot clean glass, clean kitchen and appliances, light fixtures, etc. including new construction and move-out cleanings.
Paper Recycling:
Unloading containers, sorting paper, shredding paper, baling cardboard, cleaning containers and maintaining a clean work area. Driver must be able to lift 75 lbs.
