Our Company Divisions
As customers raved about K-tech’s carpet cleaning services,
they inquired about other residential services. The K-tech Home Kare
Division was created to provide home cleaning and maintenance services to
help relieve responsibilities of customers and their busy lifestyles. Responding
to this need, the following services were added: home cleaning, construction
cleaning, window cleaning, floor maintenance, lawn maintenance, snow removal
and vehicle detailing.
When our company was founded, we specialized in janitorial
cleaning. An early account included JC Penney, the well-known retailer.
Today, we offer our commercial customers a full suite of janitorial services, including
facility management and secure document destruction.
Responding to the needs of insurance companies and consumers, K-tech
created the Restoration Services Division
for water, fire and smoke damage. This diversification required
a significant investment in education, technology and customized
building facilities. K-tech is highly recognized nationally and
internationally for its commitment to these services and is now
known as the most sought after restoration company in the state and the
only one providing a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
The Environmental Services Division employs certified professionals
trained in the handling of asbestos abatement, lead removal and
mold remediation.
Due to increased janitorial contracts and additional amounts of
paper and recycled materials collected, K-tech purchased the assets
of Security Shredding & Recycling further expanding their “Total Facility
Management” program. This division provided clients with confidential
document destruction and recycling programs long before it was
legally mandated.
Security
The Security Services Division employs certified professionals
trained in security for your facility or event.
The Floor Coverings International (FCI) Division, a national franchise,
was purchased to assist homeowners when replacing damaged interior
furnishings after a fire, flood or other types of restoration projects.
FCI’s
facility is located within the same business park as K-tech.
The Home Solutions division brings quality contractors together
to provide the best services for custom build, remodeling, or handyman
projects. This division also works very closely with our restoration
division.
Formed in 2006, Evergreen Distribution is K-tech’s sales channel for
commercial cleaning equipment and supplies.
